Mario Laquerre
Director planification andterritory management
With more than 30 years of experience, Mario Laquerre has spent his entire career understanding, analyzing and explaining waste management. He spent twenty years at RECYC-QUÉBEC, a government agency in numerous positions, notably as Director, Knowledge Management. For six years now, he has been working in the municipal field, advising the counties in the implementation of their residual materials management plan and managing public tenders.
